I’m Ginger McGregor

My journey was shaped by significant challenges that hindered and limited me as the person God created me to be, held back by fears, rejection, and feelings of being overwhelmed by circumstances I thought would never end.

Growing up in a Christian military environment, I felt pressured to conform and represent everyone else instead of being confident in who I was. This led to a life of pretending that everything was fine when it wasn’t.

A profound encounter with God transformed my life, leading me to know Him as the Great I AM. He set me free, and now I live fully in my calling and purpose, without any more regrets and hesitations.

With over 35 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellness, as well as being a life coach, I bring a deep well of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I also have extensive experience advocating for those with ADD, am a seasoned paralegal, and have served in numerous leadership roles.
